In the chicagoland area it's sacrilege to use ketchup for anything besides lubricant.

Hence Mustard, Fuck Ketchup. :)

Temeraire from Dijon is probably the best all around, they make one flavoured with Roquefort that is awesome too if you like that sort of thing.
