Not available at any price anywhere. They lasted far too long. This one was purchased in early October of 1973 in Jacksonville , Florida. A thing of beauty is a joy forever.

nice!

here is an odd tool i picked up and find infinately helpful
its a horseshoe hoof knife
its edged on the inside of that turn

used this for more odd tasks than i can count

Dura stilts . The Cadillac of drywall stilts. When they are set for 8 Foot ceilings they are so well made that it's almost like walking on the ground to me. These are my second pair. Cost about $300 back in 1995. Today I believe they are . $450 at the drywall supply house. Probably cheaper online. These make the difference between being able to produce quantity in a day or produce not much. Parts are expensive. A set of straps probably 60 bucks.

When ceilings are over 9 Feet you use the baker cause you move to slow on the stilts. Fell once in 30 Years and that was because an asshole carpenter threw his material on the floor. You gotta have clean floors.

should have bought a pair when i had the chance!

never did that much drywall BUT did several homes insulation and wished for a pair
always figured id get em when i had 2 houses waiting for me...

got a pair of 5 gallon buckets i screw'd a pair of stiff boots to the bottom of
that i used for a couple jobs

gotta have clean floors
