What is thinking why a nail in the stalk would cause it to redden? As opposed to jes leting it dry/die in the sun?

Looks purty anyhow.

well the nail in the stock is so plant dies.
so the nail is just to kill plant, not for any color.
just a old wifes tale i heard oh so long ago.
so i thought i would give it a try.
looking pretty cool so far.

I guess I can't knock it till I try it.

Is this method about the taste or the high?

Lots of growers around here pull their crops and leave all the popcorn behind and come late November it looks like that....I had a friend leave what looks to be 15 pounds on plants and wouldn't let me come back to the spot on my own time to harvest it, it was still there in April....now with oil being popular they come back for the popcorn before the rain gets bad because even if you don't make oil it's still easy to unload the popcorn.

Does resemble the 'lumbo gold of yore. Needs fucktons of small dark seeds though for total authenticity.
