Depends how far you want to break it down. :winky:

There doesn't seem to be any noticeable difference between cap/stem flesh, but judging by the bluing reaction when the cut shrooms are exposed to air, the very centre flesh of the stem has less active constituents than the middle/outer layers of the stem.
Spores contain no active constituents, and the gills themselves are either non active or very weakly active.

However, the "non active" bits are a tiny proportion of the total, so it makes practical sense to consider the whole shroom as equally active.

(It would probably have been easier to say "yes", wouldn't it? :p )

Very nice. I missed the semilanceolata season this year, they grow pretty prolifically around here in the autumn--enough so that I never tried home cultivation of cubensis.
