Did a lot of cow shit mushrooms when i lived in Floriduh. They most definitely did not have an ammonia smell.

Matter of fact they had no smell at all.

I don't think that level of heat will hurt potency at all. We use to make mushroom tea and it kicked our ass every time. We'd just take a hand full of mushrooms and throw them in a pot of boiling water and let them boil for about 20 minutes. It was basically a black color when it was done. Two shot glasses and youd trip for 6 hours with the peak coming at the very end of the trip. The peak was higher than anything i ever experienced on any drug and i was told once that i came close to losing control. I have no memory of the incident but i was told i was screaming about something. Still it wasn't a bad trip. I always have had pleasant experiences on drugs.

The tea is pretty vile tasting so we usually had something sweet to drink as a chaser.

From what i understand you can find the cow shit mushrooms from south carolina on down to southern florida. The farmers got hip to them very quickly once long hairs started showing up in their pastures after it rained. Then they would call the cops or come out to the field and tell us to get the fuck out and never come back.

Yeah, I've never found anything to make the taste acceptable.

I think ground up in 00 capsules taken with hot sweet mint tea was about my most successful attempt, but powdered mixed with pineapple juice wasn't as appalling as it could have been.

These were weak. I think what happened was someone gave this guy fresh shrooms awhile ago & he didn't dry them out. He left em in baggies & the ammonia smell was because they were starting to spoil. Glad I was testing & not paying for these ones.
