lots of my work colleagues say the same thing " i dont have time to garden" thing is after you have sown the seeds there isnt really much else to do apart from water every now and again,, gardening is a lazy mans hobby !!!

Oregano harvest. First harvest of the season.
Cut washed and placed on drying racks. Plenty more growing for fresh herb all summer/fall. This is likely enough for the next winter/spring, but I’ll dry more anyway.

Eaten the fruit sometime in january .. musta have been a good one .. the very batch of seeds I used for this year seedlings … and here they are.
I already got "volunteers" growing in the compost piles too.

I guess the lemon skunk got to me again... Here is a picture of a month ago, they were 3 inches tall compared to today... I dont know weather to feel more sorry for these pepper plants... or me :roflmao:I posted a pic of them 3 inches tall on the page previous...lol Hard to believe that was just 4 weeks ago... I think I planted them the first week in Feb, it was cold and they took 3 weeks to pop up and yeah so I say they were up the first week of March... ... Must be 8 or 9 weeks old... Now I will say this... The person who took the handfull of plants, planted them in miracle grow potting soil, all seperates in seperate containers,,, taking up so much room on the wood deck patio... and hers are about 3 feet tall,,, with not one flower... not one... same exact climate... Hmmmmmm

Haven’t grown rhubarb, but my dad did when we were kids and my mom would make his favorite, rhubarb pie. Fwiw.
