i meant the style of the dish he prepares for this one meal.
i saw a couple traditional breakfasts in with your typical dinners

guess there were several that could be called lunches,

must have been a hybrid too...

I'd say about once every 2 or 3 weeks,
whenever my wife buys fresh sliced turkey.
I try to get it while it's really fresh, within the first couple of days,
to make my version of the Monte Cristo.
it takes 2 eggs to coat 3 slices of Texas Toast perfectly,
but if I'm not making a triple decker,
then I'll have about 1/2 egg left over,
so I just use it for a little tiny omelet.
but what I usually do now, is use 3 eggs total,
so about 1+1/2 eggs goes to the omelet.
Also about once every few weeks I'll just make egga-muffins,
or usually it's an egga-croissant,
with bacon & cheddar, of course
and either 2 or 3 eggs over-easy in it,
but I haven't taken any pics of those,
because always try to start eating it right away,
while the yolks are still runny.
Sometimes for desert though,
I'll have pre-made french toast with strawberry jam in between,
which is kinda like having a bit of breakfast for desert.

I just might... I finally got caught up on all the descriptions above.
btw, my wife thinks I don't eat enough veggies...
I guess these don't count, since they aren't green.
anyway, I always get everything I'll need out of the frig to begin with,
and then pre-slice everything up real good.

My bacon is usually precooked, so I use real butter to cook the mushrooms, etc in,
but they sure fry up real nice in the hot bacon grease instead.

after a couple of minutes, I flip the mushrooms over and add the onions and peppers,
and lastly the chicken, which I sprinkle red pepper all over.
Then I keep it covered, stirring occasionally.
stir-fry.jpg
I usually drain it all with some paper towels real quick.
I fold that over & flip it for a minute,
and then discard the greasy paper towels.

I lay down a couple of slices of pepperjack,
then pour the sauce over that, so it won't soak through the wrap,
and then sprinkle some shredded cheese blend over that to help control the sauce,
and give it about 30 seconds in the microwave.

for the nachos, I line this pyrex glass dish with alum foil and bake em at 350f for a few
