So as you get the ideas up front and can read the nitty gritty at your leisure as support for what I say is true. Here is the summary so far first.

*Remember they are still getting petitions together for amendments to be voted on in Novembers election.

1. It is the governments lame brained attempt to get out in "front" of it.

2. So far the bill allows no growing, no smoking and use only by vaporization with special circumstances with Dr. Prescription.

3. Does it get any funnier?
