This site, and others like it have run their course and served their purpose. Legalization is imminent, and now the webs will be saturated with commercial sites. Good job folks. The world has been overgrown. Now the world needs more tanks, true tanks, to combat the fake news censorship nazis

Message boards are unbeatable as a learning format because they are interactive and potentially largely impartial. Potentially, because in actual practice too few are really immune from commercial pressures that cause them to play favorites based on those pressures. The commercial sites will never be trustworthy in the way independent boards can be. So no it isn't and will never be mission accomplished.

Perhaps, I'm wrong then, but the ratio of grow threads to political/rambling posts here are pretty good evidence that this is not a "cultivation" site to a notable degree. We've become more of a hangout than an educational portal. I'm not saying the site is finished, it certainly has it's moments in the sun, but the sheer taboo of OG prior to the legalization of several states made it a very exciting thing to be involved in.
