Ben ttech, I grow for my family (1 – 5 people depending) and a neighbor or two, but we’re mostly vegetarians … ‘specially in summertime. And I always germ more seedlings then I need, already gave away shitload of xtra seedlings to friends, I luv it!
And as for virility, I can say fo sure growing things always give me hard on.
Warm dirt, good herb and pretty face with a swinging pony tail, oh yeah Baby! yanno what I like!
Starting is easy, it starts with a seed, (and a niece to water ‘em while I’m gone)
Cherokee Purple flowers
Leeks, brocolli, and 4 yellow squash in foreground

The bell pepper bed, before and after. The “indoor” herb garden moved outside in the back end. The chives already in flower!

Looks good Intrinsic. Seems that no one sprayed for pests in here though.
You like the cinder blocks? They always seem to leech moisture out of the soil to me.

Thanks man! Yeah I like ‘em. lucky for me my soil has lot of clay, (will get pottery grade stuff out of the compost piles) I remove and use the clay that settles/compost down to the bottom of the beds when I turn the beds, I use it to caulk up the seams some. A few waterings and it all seals nicely. And a little porous is good for aerating the soil I think,
at least I haven’t consider changing ‘em yet.
And I can use the holes to grow other things in, optimizing the space. Perfect for lettuce, cabbage, leeks, bush beans, chives, herbs …
The broq and squash are in chimney flues.

woke up this mourning and took long pull on my pipe. Suck down some coffee and faced the tasted the fact I might not be growing anything at all. Sure the peas, cabbage, lettuce, chives can take it… but .. but .. Snow level was “suppose” to be 3000 feet higher!
