Finally got some DE for the couple of chili plants & for future grows Using a turkey baster atm to apply it. Need to find one of those restaurant ketchup/mustard bottles to use. Blast em & then just brush it off leaving a thin film everywhere. reapply after wind/rain

made another vid, might have to pull out the poppy plants as i don't want them overtaking the garden.....

bees love it. this is a first-year wildflower meadow, so i will mow it in autumn and collect the clippings.. I might sow more seeds in September for more diversity..

Love the vid Dill. Thanks for sharing. I get a little giddy on the opioids so I can only imagine the little bees brain on the nectar

got 2 of the 55 gal drums of soil moved today.
about killed me damn there heavy. after i rested a while
i planted my beans and watered in. tomorrow will get the
chives transplanted and the parsley in same barrel.
also move my gen to gate. i use it to power a old well
for garden water. the house has shallow well so i don't
use that water for gardening. these barrels are going to be nice.

today i transplanted chives and parsley into a barrel.
then watered them in and watered beans again.
then cleaned a path on porch and moved gen into place.
added chain and padlock from it to a fence post. then pulled
2 hoses free from tall grass. i then filled a tub i bought
to teach a few friends how to pan. after that got 1 barrel
i use for watering 3/4 full. also watered carrots, onions,
garlic, beets and a flower bed before my shallow well went
dry. this time of year get about 10 min of water. late in summer
i get 2-4 min. so i fill water barrels and hand water most things.
but now only watering. until i get bro to cut 2 barrels in 1/2
for the yacons.
