I consider scissor hash my favorite smoke. It's my reward. Most of the people on the planet have never smoked it, but what the hell is it that makes it so yummy?

Obviously we got the THC but what about those juices? The Bob Sap?

Reminds me of this show I saw about this freak who thinks all cannabis should be eaten raw like the way god intended it to be. Wait, was his name Bob? That can't be. But it sounds good. Brother Bob the cannabis eater, and when we're at it lets make him a nudist as well.

It's obviously not just the THC, full melt bubble is different. It's this yummy factor. Like a cold ice bear with a chilled glass that's poured perfectly with a little bit of ice coming off the inside of the jokey yummy if you know what I mean. But you guys don't call them jockeys, wtf do you call them? Glass mugs?

Trying to be scientific about this, I can attrbute its yummy flavor to the presence of some terpenoids or other volatile constituents that get lost in the extraction process.

But I'm stumped about what makes it so wicked potent.

I mean, I've made oil with a hexane soxhlet extraction, purified it in a pressurized column chromatograph (which was really cool, watching the visable impurities like chlorophyl A and B, xanthophyl and carotene individually stratify and separate from the cannabinoids) and rotovapped the solvent off.

There's no WAY scissor hash should be stronger than that!

Yet it sure seems to be.

a clear jell was the result, it was wild looking; both the process and the product.

When I think about it, I imagine that smoking the scissors is about the closest we come enjoying the sweet nectar which fed our buds.

I don't think it's just the fact it's scissor hash that makes a difference....I think timing plays a big role. If ya let it sit around a while, then it just seems to end up being like the dry sift....but fresh, like offa the scissors & into the bowl so you kin keep trimmin, yeah that's aboot as sweet as it gits.
