I want a solid extract. Last time I got this gooey oil. I figure I skipped some steps like a full winterization cuz it was my first time in a while making it and because of that I was in a hurry.
Anyone have a good method for ensuring a more solid extract?

keep temps as cold as possible .. no decarb , and no hot water baths
shatter = thca , only the acid (natural form) will build a 3d grid on a molecular level, any heating will convert thca -> thc , which means good bye shatter, pure thc is always oily and runny. thca is solid
