MDMA can be useful, but read up on really well it before using for PTSD self-treatment. MDMA can mess up your serotonin channels if you aren't careful and that's a ticket to depression. Like almost any rec drug, it's relatively safe if used only once in a while and properly dosed, but it's still among the more potentially dangerous.

funny
I woke to a strange women enquirely as to weather I was alright or not
evidently the folks I'm house sitting for had become concerned as to the hours i was keeping
mind you
youve got to drive a good half hour to see if the lights on in my window
and yes i know what it says to me that i could be snuck up like that
what was funny was
after id woke
she didnt at all appreciate that i was awake
i dont know what it was that i said which led here to this conclusion
but when it dawned on me the fact i sais
"at some point your going to have to take it on faith that what ive said is an accurate surviel of the situation"

I took mdma once
my recollection is that it was like the best high I ever got smoking weed
mind you id only been smoking weed a couple years and this was a decade before I had any understanding of what ptsd was
back then
if you knew me
I had to forge a lifestyle which allowed me to pick up and exit any given circumstance
as somehow id managed to hold onto such a respect of decorum
that I could subjecting my loved ones to the exibit of what I was going through...

CandyFlipping is where it's at, i don't know of a VA Hospital yet that allows loud live music on the grounds and has LSD mixed with Xtacy,I Candyflipped once back in 85 at a small intimate outdoor show, and would recommend it to anyone no matter how psychotic or fearful.I have been sober now( no alcohol) for 10 years and feel like i could benefit from shrooms,i am housesitting a peyote plant 40 years old and it's tough not to touch it, i have a poster of a psychedelic chart of before and after brain connectivity of a woman dying of cancer who took shrooms, when i find the pic i will post it here, sorry you may have to open facebook to view it
