thought about it?
I mean thought it through

I think its kinda like
a reasonably bad car accident you will walk away from
mabe you see it coming

- three seconds -

then bang! your careening
I slid a hundred feet this once after a tbone
the car up on my side
asphalt racing past my open window
a foot away from my head
you know your gonna come to a stop in
the next few seconds

and youd better get the
fuck outta the car the second it does cause
you never know about fire

but what of you there at that moment
knowing there will be no running
after you've come to a stop
a couple of seconds from now?

mabe you've done some jumps and
can stabilize in the air so
at least your flying in

- six seconds -

even if your cartwheeling
you still right then
know you've only the time
for one last thought

wonder how many shed this mortal coil
in indecision...

those two fellas who on a speed attempt of the salathe last year
fucked up and well 1100
roped together
but on easy terrain so without any gear in between them
one guy slipped
pulled his partner off
11th pitch
the free blast

somehow their third managed to be off rope and clipped in
so he watched it happen

those guys tumbled AND smashed into the low angle face a few times

I DIDNT write that one up...
