Those LED power supplies are essentially universal power supplies. Usually they run fine 90-290VAC.

I'm curious about the lamp spectra though. If you could run a ray of light (through a hole in a piece of cardboard) through a prisim, you'll get some indication of what's going on. My bet is a lot of individual, strong, spectral lines. (nothing like a rainbow)

I have no clue how well widely spaced spectral lines will work for photosynthesis.

My 150 hps gets red hot too but with my 180 cfm blower ( made by hydrofarm ) sucking the heat out of my cab it's very cool inside. And my blower is running at 50% of maximum voltage ( using an auto transformer ).

Build that grow cab Ben.
If Muley can scruff along i can too.

so ones much heavier than the other
it pulls 20watts at .2 amps
the lighter pulls 60 watts .6amps

and yes i double checked that
both are labeled as fire hazards and suitable for wet location

wish i could share a picture
they both have two ballast looking things
and are enclosed with a heavy glass dome over the led's

was thinking about trying to take one apart to remount the led
as is
they are about foot square cubes with the dome in addition

and yes chester id though that but wasnt sure
cut off a very unusual male plus to tempararily hotwire them
and see if they would run on the house current

which both did

Power supplies were a safe bet. I've worked with some folks doing development on those. Top voltage is 277, they run on just about anything lower (until they hit 100% switching), then they'll start dimming. The LED voltage will be 42V or less (there's a ton of LEDs in series). The 42VDC is a UL / CSA requirement.

For a prism, any piece of triangular cut glass will do. I've seem lots of decorative glass do-dads on old light fixtures that make a rainbow in sunlight.

Never a prism around when you need one though.

Here's a thought: water prism A bowl of water and a mirror..... Whatever next?
