Hmm. I thought there were hundreds or thousands of sexes. Either way its a big number.

But ya thanks for reminding me. I am going to order some petri dishes and agar so I can isolate strains.

I just got a 1/4 lb of potato dextrose agar powder for $25. I'll check out the beer people next time.

Ya it's my first go at the agar so I'll probably mess up. Especially with just a glovebox and no flow hood. And actually .25lb of that stuff only makes a liter of agar.

Anyway, I told yall I had some tubs going. they got harvested yesterday and are pretty much dry already. This is 2 oz 10grams of Equador's sitting on the drying screen (been there since last night and are pretty much dry and the pile is deepr than it looks). The big one upper left weighs 7g's. That beats the one in the OP.

Peace.

lol and thats my wife and her pj's

i read that 25lb's!
heh...

one of the best tricks i heard when you dont have a real flowhood is to do your proceedure first thing in the morning when the dust has settled overnight...

gotta turn off the HVAC for this to work,
AND then do it first thing... beore youve walked through the room stirring the dust back up...
not after youve made coffee and checked your email

Latest harvest, not too good but not too bad. Second flush of these tubs. Looks like way less than usual.
