This new cannabis law in Oakland, CA, is incentivizing businesses to train convicts (arrested for marijuana before it was legal) to get legal licenses. What do you think? Model for the U.S.?

Up here in WA State, priority was given to getting experienced black market growers into growing for the legal market.

we should be extending lines of credit to all those whove been incarcerated as a bare minimum attempt to recompense the victims our state has prejudiced in the past
