Funny He's playing the Putting America first card, which is the maga-heads bread and butter.

Left wing: People overseas need vaccines too, some haven't had a single dose yet!

Right wing: America first!

Left wing: OK, let's keep the vaccines here.

Right wing: Vaccines are bad!

I've seen this proposed, have biden make the vaccine illegal in the US, a criminal offense to distribute it.
(But not manufacture.)
Than the anti-Biden/freedom crowd will get the jab finally, own the libs. that's that's about 1/3? of the country, significant.

Biden refuses to fill the last remaining vacancy on the FCC board which would allow the board to vote on and make changes. The result being… it leaves the corporate monopoly status quo in place.
