I meant little people with the backs to the wall trying to survive

the kinda people whod see what few resources they had to bring to bear and would
scale their tactics and targets to make the most of scant ability and stuff on their side

none of the 'supposed' or 'indicated' sources of said
seem to be coming from

thwarting the security on
or most hardened targets

this is incongruous
at several points

a tv person
would probably have mushed together
