Nothing more than what was "new" yesterday when I responded to your exact previous post...except the advance of time :winky:

Yep, been a minute, ben! Hello

Feeling safe enough to pop my head up is "new". :winky: :toker1:

Contemplating next steps: indoor or outdoor or both. Deciding how best to get the cloning machine (THANK YOU, again...mPG friend!) going before starting any grow...I think I can get it and its three T5's over to the new place this weekend (need to replace one tube broken in last move).

Oh, first, I have to nail down the rule regarding our newly passed #MMJ Constitutional Amendment...at least find out as much about the potential rules if they haven't nailed them down themselves yet. And, whey they'll be in place.

Aching to get something growing...I miss it dearly.

Other than that...still breathing (bonus points!).

How about you, ben....how are you doing?

Good to see ya, ben!

Oh, I see. I understand. Easy to think that!

There is one "new" development. I've researched a bit more on the implementation of A2.

Amendment 2 "technically" goes into effect 30 days from the date of the election - Thursday, Dec. 6.

Patients will be protected when the amendment takes effect on Dec. 6.

Patients will be allowed to grow up to six cannabis plants; caretakers, up to 18. (Indoors, IF I'm reading this correctly...I know I read under lock and key).

On approximately June 6, 2019, license applications will be available to the public.

On approximately July 6, the state must be ready to accept license applications, that's for patients, cultivators and dispensaries.

I plan to either be ready or in process before that time. I know in Colorado, as long as you had a qualifying medical condition you were protected under the law regardless your holding a paper license.

Cheer, ben!

Regarding recreational here, not now...not under this amendment.

Other very impressive aspects to this amendment, though. Expanded and expandable qualifying medical conditions, expanded grow limits with two Dr. recommendations and hard on dates when the state must make the changes....unlike some other states that are dragging their feet in implementing their own programs.

On a side note and not related to above, I heard about a year or so ago (from a person knowledgeable on the subject) that the K-9 (drug sniffing dogs) units here were being drastically cut back or eliminated.

I miss Colorado for many reasons, their Cannabis laws among them. I don't miss the frigid Winters.

I don't know about their Psilocybin.

Taxes here are limited to 4% for patients....I'm not sure if that is across the board...I'll have to do more reading. But I know, first those taxes go to implementing the law/program itself and what's left over goes to Veteran programs.
