j13 i still say nice plant's nice and green ect.
if you have grown this plant b4 seems to me
that you would know when it's done.
we all have our way's of knowing when plants are done.
also a little early has more flavor and more up high.
nice job..

I often don't even like weed that's been taken to half ambers. I understand why people do it that way, it is stronger in the narrowly conventional sense and there will be a little more weight but it is more likely to make you sleepy instead of high and the taste will likely lose its lighter subtler herbier notes and become more- for lack of a better term- greasy, fuller and heavier tasting. But really it all comes down to personal preference. For commercial growing for sale though half ambers are probably the way to go since the resulting product will be more likely to be described as "dank" and "kick ass" or similar and thus more commercially salable to the average consumer.

Nice thread J13.
BAMF, where is your grow thread?
REGI, How's that Hydroponics grow of yours doing? Did anyone, come into that thread, and tell you that you were wrong, for going back to soil, or did they allow you the privelage of your own judgement and opinion on what works best for you?
Chill out guys, it's his herb, he can cut it when he wants to cut it.
I already split posts from this thread, go to the grow tank and continue your ass hat behaviour there.
If you continue on in this forum, I'm going to hold your posts for approval.

I harvest at about 1 amber on 20 milky , that would be around 55 days at 12/12 ; I've tried the same weed at 75 days harvest (about 90% amber) , the bud was bigger but lacked in potency .Hax wrote:I often don't even like weed that's been taken to half ambers. In the book Marijuana Chemistry: Genetics, Processing, Potency http://www.amazon.ca/Marijuana-Chemistr ... 0914171399" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they basically explain to you that amber trychome heads are CBN and not THC because of a lost (or is it gain??) of 1 oxygen molecule .
May the Penis be with you .
