one is chemically altered by extraction, down to the molecular level, while sieved stuff is not

all roads lead to rome, while shaken stuff will make cleaner extracts, method depends on grower / extractor, it takes an additional step in processing, so ppl are lazy and dont shake em off before extracting

sieved / bubbled stuff has more ingridients than extracts and cant be therefore that potent, with extracts you try to gain pure cannabionoids, while sieved stuff you try to get pure trichomes
