so i got this dirt auger thing you use with a drill.

so for a few weeks after i spin composter i been using it.
it has went from 2" balls into smaller pieces is working well.

i think i have speeded it up a few months.
i will just spin and auger it till it is fine.

is getting closer. i figure a month or so can quit
with auger and add worms. looking more like soil.

well is like 1/4" and smaller. hit it with auger 1 last time
tonight. i fed worm bins heavy a few days ago. in a day
or two i will pluck out some worms to add. then let them
tear it up a while.

today spun composter a bunch. then dug a spot out and added
feed then lime on top of feed.

then placed some soil on top of feed.
then added 2-3 cups of worms from the worm bins.

covered the worms and watered everything in.
i will now leave it alone for a month or so.
in 2-3 months should be good to go.

* lime is used for 2 reasons 1 so feed does not sour.
2 worms have a gizzard they use the lime to grind there food.
