Watch this video for how to upload video attachments and display them with an html5 video player
MP4 filetypes ONLY.
This is an mp4 file which works on browser, however the APP will not play non SSL urls. So when you paste your link. change http to https

The MEDIA bbcode tag will play videos from any url if the file name is shown.

All 4 played for me as well on my laptop, but not on my phone.
There are many online free video converters, here is an example:
