The Gallery is still broken

The "Upload File" fails repeatable. It uploads something, then leaves a message that the
“upload failed”

that is the first thing i did was cut one down to 28k .. nup same error message.
Do you get an error message too?

Ahhh shit I see know they did make into my gallery, despite the program seyz otherwise.
