They should go back to vegging after the lights have been changed back to vegging .. It will take a little time to go back to vegging but it will, I've done lots of them that way.. The ones I have taken that was in flowering would go back to veg, and the buds that was on it would have new leafs coming out after it started back to vegging..
Should be OK.. but they will look funny for a tad..
